Sunset Ridge is the oldest and arguable the most desirable subdivision in Holly Springs, NC. Not only is the neighborhood filled with beautiful trees and hardscapes, but it is also home of Devils Ridge Golf Course. The Devils Ridge Golf membership is separate from the yearly HOA fee, approximately $250. There is also an optional pool and tennis membership that includes access to the pools at Sunset Ridge South, Sunset Ridge North, Sunset Oaks and Sunset Bluffs. Homes in Sunset Ridge range from the low to mid $300's to the upper $600's. I think this will be one of your favorite neighborhoods in Holly Springs.
