Woodcreek is an established neighborhood in Holly Springs that actually has an Apex address. Woodcreek is in the Town of Holly Springs, but the Holly Springs Post Office is not large enough to handle this neighborhood (as I have been told) so it was given an Apex address to help facilitate the mail.  Woodcreek started out with John Weiland Homes which is now Pulte Homes, but it has other builders continuing to build single family homes as well as townhomes. M/I Homes is one of the other established builders currently building as of this writing. It is safe to say that Woodcreek is in the top 5 subdivisions in Holly Springs and will continue to thrive as it still has space to grow.
