2018 Market is the newest Lennar subdivision in Holly Springs, NC. At time of this writing they have completed several townhouses and single family homes are almost nearing completion. The townhouses start in the low $200's and the single family homes can reach upwards of $400k. The subdivision is located at the intersection of Holly Springs Road and Bass Lake Road. This subdivision is selling quickly and once built out it will boast plenty of landscaping and a clubhouse with a pool. 2018 Market will also have a park, a tot lot and a walking trail that will likely connect to the trial located behind Holly Springs Elementary.
